What are Microgreens?
Microgreens are the young seedlings of edible vegetables and herbs.
Ounce for ounce, these tiny versions contain more nutrition than fully grown vegetables
and can come in 50 to 60 different varieties.
Don’t confuse microgreens with sprouts.
Sprouts grow in water for one or two days to produce underdeveloped roots.
Microgreens grow in soil and sunlight for around 10 days
and produce little leaves that are packed with flavor.
